My new UCL is one year old today, and it has been one hell of a year. To celebrate, here’s some videos from the process of reconditioning that new ligament to the stress of throwing over the last 52 weeks, so you can experience a good portion of what goes into rehab from Tommy John Surgery in one minute instead of one year. . . . #baseball #pitching #tommyjohn #rehab #baseballboys #fyp

Finally posting this over a month later, it’s fine. End of season bullpen and check in on how the ball is coming out of my hand, which is funny since I’ve played with changing how I throw/grip half of my pitches since then. Guess that just means I have to do this again when I ramp back up! #baseball #pitcher #pitching #baseballboys #baseballlife #fyp

“Woah, this is heavy, Doc.” Yes, I did a bunch of deadlifts in four layers of clothing for one single Halloween joke. No, I don’t know why I stare at the plates on the left side of the bar on the way down every single rep. If you know why please let me know. . #baseball #workout #halloween #backtothefuture #baseballboys #fyp
