"Flame of the Nocturnal Sun" releases via bandcamp on October 26th, all platforms November 2nd. Grim Omen is a Black Metal band based out of Sacramento, California. Formed originally in 2016 by vocalist Oryan. Grim Omen is the primary voice of Oryan's beliefs in Goetic Gnostic Demonology and his confessional of what lies beyond the borders of sanity. After the releasing of the original demo in 2016 (which was a solo 23 minute long track recorded in a single live take), and a handful of shows around Northern California (in 2016 and 2017), Grim Omen was put on hiatus as Oryan grappled with homelessness, mental illness, and incarceration. In 2026, Grim Omen was revived and saw Scorpius join on drums, and they released a new demo "Voidrended Visions" (the single from the demo "A Grim Omen" is on all platforms, but the full three track demo is only on bandcamp). A full lineup has formed with a new demo coming in January. The single from this third demo releases on bandcamp on October 26th, with a release to all platforms TBA. #metalband #blackmetalmusic #blackmetalhead #blackmetalband #usbm
