These are the 3 things you need to worry about when swinging a golf club 🏌🏻 You’ve put in the practice, now stay true to your game and trust the hours you’ve put in⛳️ Maintain setup, check posture, and trust the shot you decided to hit once you began approaching the golf ball📈 If it’s a poor hit, at least you know you trusted your body - sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s the game of golf! Now to the next shot…. #golf #golftips

If we see issues here, we know there are most likely going to be abnormal swing characteristics hindering your improvement and overall development in the game of golf📉 Lack of mobility in the hips usually means increased stress to other areas of the body, possibly leading to injury down the road🤕 If you can’t rotation 60 degrees with this movement, in both positions of the feet, shoot me a DM and let’s get to work🏌🏻

The 90/90 test in the @mytpi screen measures shoulder rotation and scapular stability🏌🏻 If we see limitations, especially when performed in a typical 5-iron posture, we are going to see abnormal swing characteristics❌ This can include a loss of posture, flat shoulder plane, or coming over the top - all leading to inconsistent ball striking and play📉 If you can’t rotation your shoulder to at least an angle equal to your spine, shoot me a DM and let’s get to work⛳️
