The Alocasia Cuprea. It took me a while to come around to this one but now growing this to maturity will be my new mission in life! I'm obsessed with how these look when they are mature. If you have one, drop a Pic and give me all the care tips! #alocasiacuprea #planttok #plantsoftiktok #plantcollection

Ok ok, I know I said I was going to leave him alone but I couldn't take the chaotic growing. Let's break up my Alocasia Golden Bone! #alocasiagoldenbone #alocasiapropagation #alocasiacorm #rhizomes

Propping Alocasia corms doesn't have to be difficult or expensive. Just a few things I didn't mention. - I prop all of my corms in my plant cabinet and I don't cover them up - They are about 2ft from the grow lights - I don't use Prop Drops. I HAVE Prop Drops but I don't find that it makes a difference for me. You do you though. It's not going to hurt - I tend to get algae growth but it doesn't seem to hurt the corms development. I'm trying a little peroxide to see if that helps. - Not knocking anyone's method but I just like things as less complicated and inexpensive as possible. I would totally be more fussy about a plant that I may have a bigger financial investment in - You do what works for you 🙂 #alocasiapropagation #alocasiacorm #alocasiagoldenbone #planttok #plantsoftiktok
