What I learned from coaching my two beautiful nieces in their first ever baseball game.   Keep it simple. Keep it fun. Reward them so they want to come back.   That's it.   When those three things are present, everyone wins — the athlete and the coach.   And honestly? The same applies to golf.   The best progress happens when it's simple enough to understand, enjoyable enough to keep showing up, and rewarding enough to stay motivated.   Keep that in mind next time you head to the range.   👇 Give a shoutout to the coach who helped you get started with golf! This is where I would start with the average golfer… P4. The Top of the Backswing. Arm plane matching their shoulder plane. Here's why it's so powerful. Think of the golf swing as a 45 degree plane. Shoulder tilt at the top of the backswing — 45 degrees. Arm plane matching that same tilt. When those two things match, everything changes for the better. A slicer instantly has a higher chance of becoming a drawer — because the hands and club head are in a position of depth that taps into angular momentum naturally. No more teaching steep to shallow. No more fighting the club back to the right path. Just a clean position at P4 that makes shallow happen on its own. And this is one of the biggest game changers I see with students I work with remotely around the world. Get them to a good P4 — and so many other problems just clean themselves up. 👇 Do you struggle with being steep and over the top? Comment YES or NO below. #golfinstruction #golfcoach #golfpractice

The most important thing you can do to improve your golf swing FAST… Get your phone out. Record your swing. WHY is filming your swing so important…? You need feedback. You need a baseline. You need a documented starting point. Because that's the only way real improvement begins. And here's where it gets even more powerful. When a coach identifies the one thing you need to work on, the camera makes it visible. You start seeing it. You start understanding it. Then you go home — no ball, no pressure — and you work on the new move repetitiously. You film those reps too. You match the position. You build the muscle memory. So the next time you go hit balls, it's not foreign anymore. That's the system. That's how progress actually happens. 👇 Do you film your golf swing?
