The first bite reaction says everything. 😂🍪 These vegan chocolate chip sea salt caramel cookies from Sprouts deserved their own moment… then I added So Delicious cashew milk ice cream and made an ice cream sandwich. Immediately needed another bite. Consider this your sign to upgrade your next couch snack. 🤎 #Sprouts #SoDelicious #sproutsfarmersmarket #LifestyleUGC #UGCCreator

You see me showing up. You don’t see what it costs my body to do it. Living with a chronic, progressive illness means I can look healthy while my body is struggling. Right now, IBS-C and my secondary diagnoses are making something as basic as digestion feel like a full-time job. So here I am, eating two kiwis I don’t particularly like because my care team recommended trying them. Hoping for a little relief. Willing to keep trying, even when I’m tired of having to try so hard. I’m sharing more of this because there’s a lot that happens between “you look great” and how we actually feel. If you’re managing symptoms nobody can see, you don’t have to prove how sick you are to deserve support. 💚 What’s something you wish people understood about living with chronic illness? #ChronicIllness #InvisibleIllness #ChronicIllnessAwareness #GI #IBSC

My “5–9 after my 9–5” looks more like 4–10 after my 6–4. And I’m learning that my needs deserve a place on that schedule, too. For so long, I did all the things everyone wanted me to do. Needed me to do. Expected me to do. My own priorities got whatever was left of me. Building a brand while battling chronic illness has forced me to reconsider what I’m giving my time, energy, and body to. I still have big goals. I’m working 60–70 hours a week to stay on my debt payoff journey while building something of my own. But I’m learning to make room for those goals without constantly pushing my needs aside. That means: 🎙️ Providing real value through my podcast. 📱 Choosing UGC gigs that fit my schedule and interests. 🖤 Creating content that entertains, enlightens, and stays unfiltered. Because social media can be fake AF. But not us. Not here. Entrepreneurship can take years before the traction catches up to the effort. I want to make an impact, and I’m willing to keep showing up for it. But I also need to eat, rest, manage my illness, and have a life I actually get to enjoy. Some evenings, showing up means recording the episode. Others, it means closing the laptop before I’ve crossed everything off. My business matters. So does the woman building it. #BuildingMyBusiness #LifeAfterWork #ChronicIllnessWarrior #EntrepreneurLife #DebtFreeJourney
