Social Media isn’t helping, it has created a lazy culture where simple CTAs are “too much”. Fitting in is easy, just do what everyone else is doing the exact way they are doing it and feel good you fit “the culture”. Culture has its place but it can also cause you to blend in when you are trying to stand out whether its employment, self employment or just being uniquely you.
