When we decided to have our second child, we really hoped for a girl since our first is a boy. My husband especially was already dreaming about having a little girl. But deep down, I had a feeling I was carrying another boy. At the scan, the sonographer asked if I wanted to know the gender right away. I said yes. When he said, “It’s a boy,” I didn’t feel surprised, I had already sensed it. But the moment I remembered my husband was eagerly waiting for the result, I couldn’t help but burst into laughter 😂 I showed him the report, and we both just laughed and said, “Thank you, Lord.” From that moment, through the pregnancy and all the way to his birth, we loved him deeply and waited with so much anticipation.
