“If you really want something, act like it” 👀 Derren Brown has been one of my heroes since he came out with ‘Mind Control’ in 2001. I’ve been to every tour and seen every show. Last year I had an idea for a new business and realised he would be the perfect person to partner with. But how to contact him? I decided to go and meet him person. I knew had one shot, so I came prepared. Very prepared. My three steps when meeting my heroes: 1. A thank you 2. A gift 3 An ask (if I have one, otherwise 1 and 2 are enough) Just like my mum taught me years ago: “If you really want something, act like it.” 📔New project launching soon 👀 @The Venture Room

‘Honey, I Shrunk the Hyroxers!’ Part I Should runners be banned from Hyrox? The issue came to the forefront during the flagship London Excel event. I believe if you can’t bench 100kg you should not be allowed to call yourself a hybrid athlete. But the authorities don’t seem to care, and that meant we had to dig deep to try and show them that muscle is still king, and that strength will always beat speed. Watch as Gaz and Frankie take on the skinny runners threatening to destroy our sport. Part I out NOW. #hyrox #hyroxtraining
