Raw reality of launching flexii. We don’t always get it right and there is costly mistakes we have made. One simple packaging error for our newly anticipated Back Scrubber meant we had to withdraw hundreds of unit and recorder our first batch of back scrubbers with a sticker! However, you have to keep pushing forward, it’s all a learning curve. flexii was not launched to just make money, we launched to provide the best grooming tools and create a brand customers love.
