I paid $560 for this abandoned storage unit after the facility told me the same guy had it for 15 years. One thing I’ve learned buying storage units: look past the obvious stuff. Old boxes, dusty totes and things most people ignore can be exactly where the money is. This unit started getting interesting FAST. Save this if you want to see what $560 actually turns into, and send it to someone who would’ve bid on this unit. Part 2 tomorrow. 👀 #storageunit #entrepreneur #reselling #ebay #treasurehunting

I paid $150 for an abandoned storage unit on the South Side of Chicago… and this one was a good reminder that you can’t judge a unit by what you see from the door. The deeper I got, the more interesting it became. Old-school rap CDs and cassettes, vintage Chicago collectibles, and two gold rings buried in the back. One thing I’ve learned from buying storage units is that knowing what to look for makes all the difference. Research, experience, and understanding resale value are what help me decide which units are worth buying. And sometimes the most valuable items are the ones you never saw coming. Would you have bid on this unit for $150? Follow me for more storage unit finds and reselling tips. #StorageAuctions #StorageUnits #Reselling #ebay #entrepreneur
