This is one of my favorite apple recipes!! It’s from Smitten Kitchen. I love all of the recipes I’ve tried from @smittenkitchen if you like to cook or bake, go try those recipes out! Basically, chop up the apples you’ve picked and put in a springform pan. I put parchment paper in the pan to make it easier. Then in a bowl, mix 3 large eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour (I use almond flour), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla or measure that with your heart. Pour that mixture over the apples and bake at 350 for about an hour. Let cool. Enjoy. What’s your favorite fall recipe or food to eat? (Also you bake it in a springform pan! 🤷🏼‍♀️😊) #local #indiana #bobsredmill #recipes smittenkitchen
