Named Ranges let you create a name for a range of cells. So instead of =Sum(“A1”:”D5”), you can give it a name Even better you can make the named range dynamic so when you want to sum a range of cells that have new data, totals will update automatically without you needing to drag the formula down each time and maybe forgetting to include new data in the formula.
