A messy house doesn't just look messy, it feels messy. It adds mental load. It raises stress. It makes her feel like she's carrying it alone. And whether we realize it or not, we're contributing to that stress when we don't help maintain the home. But the opposite is also true. A clean kitchen. A reset space. That's not just chores - that's peace. Helping clean isn't "extra." It's part of being an intentional husband. It's how you show love without saying a word. Ask yourself: & Are you contributing to her stress... or her peace? Save this as a reminder. Share it with someone who needs to see it. And tonight-pick one thing and clean it.

We took the kiddos to Utahs largest pumpkin patch... well more of a fall family festival, either way, we definitely had a lot of fun! These sort of things are what make the fall season one of our top 4 favorite seasons! Who would you like to go do this with? #pov #dadsoftiktok #toddlersoftiktok #family #pumpkinpatch @maddslemm
