Carbon fiber on carbon fiber! 🔥 This Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT already had a real carbon fiber hood, and we covered it with carbon fiber Paint Protection Film. The PPF adds another layer of protection while keeping that aggressive carbon fiber look. 🛡️ With all the vents, recesses, and the hood scoop, this one was definitely not your average PPF installation! Looking for something beyond standard clear PPF? Give Encore Window Tinting & Paint Protection Film a call at 209-929-TINT and let’s talk about options for your vehicle! 📞 #CarbonFiberPPF #CarbonFiber #PaintProtectionFilm #JeepSRT #GrandCherokeeSRT

Your First Tack Point Can Make or Break a PPF Install In this short from my How to Install PPF for Beginners – Complete Step-by-Step Tutorial, I show how to properly align a PPF kit before setting the first tack point. Getting this first alignment right is important because it sets up the rest of the installation. If the pattern starts out crooked or out of position, you’ll fight the alignment as you move toward your next tack points. Take a little extra time at the beginning and make sure the pattern is where it needs to be before you tack it down. #PPF #PaintProtectionFilm #PPFTutorial #PPFForBeginners #PPFInstallation #PPFTraining

How to Stretch PPF Without Leaving Stretch Marks In this short from my How to Install PPF for Beginners – Complete Step-by-Step Tutorial, I explain how to stretch PPF away from an area that has already started drying without leaving a visible stretch mark. I call a fully dried edge a hard line. If you stretch directly away from that hard line, it can leave distortion in the adhesive. Instead, I show how to move some slip solution back into the area and create a soft line before stretching. That small change can help you get a much cleaner PPF installation with less adhesive distortion. #PPF #PaintProtectionFilm #PPFTutorial #PPFForBeginners #PPFInstallation #PPFTips
