buffalo chicken dip + a minor buffalo sauce explosion 🌶️ recipe (measurements are VERY approximate because we measure with our hearts around here): • 16 oz rotisserie chicken • ~4 oz whipped cream cheese • ~½ cup cottage cheese • ~½ cup buffalo sauce (plus a little for my kitchen & hair apparently) • ~1½–2 tbsp ranch seasoning • ~1–1½ cups shredded cheddar mix everything together, top with extra cheese & bake at 375° for about 18 min, then broil for 3 min until bubbly and golden 🤌 easy dinner + lunch for the week!! #buffalochickendip #buffalosauce #easyrecipe #homecooking #weeknightdinner

bringing back one of my favorite college meals 🤌🏼 cheesy chicken broccoli rice — easy, creamy & still just as good as I remember recipe ↓ 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 1½ cups cooked rice 1–1½ cups broccoli ½ small onion, diced 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 oz cream cheese ½ cup shredded cheddar + extra for topping ⅓ cup milk 1 tbsp butter ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika salt + pepper cook your rice and set aside. melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. add the onion and cook for 3–4 minutes. add the broccoli with a splash of water, cover and let steam for another 2–3 minutes. turn the heat to medium-low and add the cream of chicken soup, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and pepper. stir until smooth and creamy. add the cheddar, then stir in your shredded chicken + cooked rice. let everything warm together for a few minutes, adding another splash of milk if you want it creamier. top with a little extra cheddar, cover until melted & enjoy 🫶🏼 college me knew what she was doing with this one #cheesychickenandrice #chickenbroccolirice #easyrecipes #dinnerideas #comfortfood
