~Dearest Mammu & Papu, Today, as I graduate, my heart is filled with so many emotions. More than anything, I wish you both were here with me to see this moment. I wish I could look into the crowd and see your faces, watch you smile, and give you both the biggest hug after walking across that stage.Even though you couldn’t be here physically, I want you to know that you have been with me throughout this entire journey. One of the greatest gifts you gave me was the chance to focus on my studies without constantly worrying about other things. You carried those worries for me so that I could concentrate on building my future. I know that came with sacrifices of your own, and I will never take that for granted. Every time you supported me, helped me, or made sure I had what I needed, you were quietly becoming a part of this degree. Every sacrifice you made, every prayer you said for me, every time you put my needs before your own, and every time you reminded me to keep going all of it brought me one step closer to this day. There were days when I felt exhausted, overwhelmed, homesick, and unsure of myself. There were moments when I wondered if I could really make it to the end. But whenever things became difficult, I thought about you and everything you had done for me. It reminded me why I started and gave me the strength to keep going. This degree has my name on it, but it carries your sacrifices too. A part of this achievement belongs to you because without your love, support, and everything you have done for me, I wouldn’t be standing where I am today. I wish you could have been here to see me graduate. I wish I could have shared this exact moment with you. But even from far away, I hope you feel how grateful I am to be your chori. Thank you for believing in me even when I doubted myself. Thank you for giving me the chance to dream. Thank you for letting me focus on becoming who I wanted to be. I love you both more than I could ever put into words.
