pet peeve... I don't care how talented a horse is, they need to be good on the ground... that's non-negotiable #eliteequinehealthandperformance #equinesupplements #horses #barrelracing #horsesoftiktoktok

If you own a horse, you need to know the difference between a good and bad trim/shoe job on your horse. No excuses. I'm not saying you have to necessarily know how to trim and show yourself. If you do, that's great but knowing what to look for on how your horse's feet are done is absolutely imperative. I see horse owners everyday, professionals even that are really knowledgeable about their horses know absolutely nothing about their feet. Look the term no foot, no horse isn't some cliche; it is a fact. As an owner, please, please learn at least the basics of angles and balance. Before you say you don't have the time, clinics are usually a day or two and you typically learn A LOT. Enough to at least, do your horse a favor and be able to spot a job well done or not. 💥ATTENTION 💥 CENTRAL OREGON HORSE OWNERS. Guess what, you have a clinic coming your way! When a single bad shoe job can cause your horse irreparable damage, knowledge will be your shield. Reach out to Erika Montgomery for the clinic in Central Oregon. #GloryToGod #eliteequinehealthandperformance #horses #horseshoeing #training
