Le Weather iVele Yathi Akube Yisobho, Namhlanje 💁🏽‍♂️ Ingredients: 1 pk meaty bones @woolworths_sa 2.5 cups samp, rinsed ½ onion, chopped 1 tbls crushed garlic 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp chilli powder ½ tsp cumin seeds 4 tbls cooking oil 2 beef stock cubes 2 bay leaves 1 tbls BBQ spice 1 tsp salt ½ Tbls sugar 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 bowl cabbage, sliced 1 bowl spinach, cut 3 cups hot water Preparation: In a pot, add oil, onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add meaty bones and seasoning. Sauté for about 10 minutes. Add samp, potatoes and water. Allow to pressure cook for 35 minutes. Then add cabbage and spinach.
