At this point I’ve had to clean my microwave a few times and cried over lost calories too many times. 😂 Never leave your protein oats unattended! Even for 0.5 seconds. 💙🐨 #dropbearmma #mma #fightclub #proteinoats

“I can show you the world” - me to my mouthguard 😂 Having a built in mouthguard holder is definitely the most convenient part of being a woman in combat sports. ✅ But with great convenience come great responsibility to remember to take it out of your bra. 😂 As a result, my mouthguard has seen almost as much of the world as I have. 🌏🗺️ LEAVE A COMMENT: Where’s the weirdest place you taken your mouthguard (in your bra mouth or pockets)? 🤷🏻‍♀️ 💙🐨 #DropBearMMA #MMA #Mouthguard #Training #WMMA
