#onthisday The devil uses shame to prevent people from exposing the depravity of previous behaviors, which speaks to the depth from which the Power of God can save you. It is meant to prevents us from sharing our past and reaching those who were or are dealing with similar situations whether it addiction, criminal behavior, incarceration, financial ruin, sexual immorality, or anything we can feel ashamed of. However once you believe and have committed your life to Christ, you can drop the shame and witness to others, and your witness can be the light that leads others to Christ. In Christ Jesus, we have nothing to be ashamed of as we are free from the burdens of the past. Therefore belief and being in Christ Jesus is how to overcome the shame, which then frees us to tell the world of what God can do despite what we have done. #shame #spirituality #jesus #christian

I am grateful for all the support along the way to winning 2nd place at the 2026 OCB Master’s Nationals Classic Physique in my pro debut, and we’re just getting started. I have set goals to come in bigger, leaner, and more polished, and I’m excited about taking on the challenges, as they will only make me better. He who began a good work in me will see it through completion. I thank God for my health and strength, my wife for nutrition and posing as well food prep, my children for their love and encouragement, and all my friends and family for their support. 2nd place OCB Master’s Nationals classic Physique in my pro debut and first year competing. I want to thank God, my wife Seania, all Team Murphy, and everybody for their support and well wishes.
