We channeled our inner @mulletreviewand went to Chinatown Buffet & Grill in Rehoboth Beach with one goal: Survive. With a 3.8-star rating, I was expecting to find at least one tray that made me reconsider my future. Instead, this place completely ruined my expectations. The lo mein? Excellent. The General Tso's? Gone. The crab rangoons? Victims of circumstance. The sushi? Better than it had any right to be at a buffet. At one point my fortune cookie said, "Love will be at the heart of all you do." Which is unfortunate, because I was hoping for something more useful, like "Wear stretchy pants." The real plot twist is that I kept going back for more food and less material for the review. By dessert, I had officially run out of complaints. Even the parking lot is absurd. There are enough parking spaces out front for everyone in Delaware to make one bad buffet decision at the same time. So Chinatown Buffet, congratulations. I came looking for a cautionary tale and left with leftovers. Dewey Beach but make it a full experience 🌊🍳🦀 If you know, you KNOW… The Starboard is not just brunch, it’s a whole vibe. From the crab-loaded Eggs Delmarva to the fully unhinged Kitchen Sink omelet, this menu does not hold back. We kept it classic with pancakes and bacon for my daughter ✔️ I went all in on the seafood brunch ✔️ And the Crabby Mary… basically a meal in a glass 🦀🍹 Add in the crushes, the energy, and that signature Dewey chaos, and this is one of those spots you don’t skip.
