I had the honor of judging this year’s Mac N Cheese Bowl in Cohoes, and I tried every single station so you don’t have to (you should anyway). My judges’ card is in, but here’s my personal ranking 👇 🥇 WINNER: @tipsymoose Mac & Cheese is a lot harder than you think & in terms of overall texture, taste, feel of the Mac and cheese. Tipsy moose took this home for me. Flavor, consistency ✔️ 🥈 RUNNER UP: @connectcenterforyouth This was the most “Mac and cheese” Mac and cheese on the block. Your classic Velveeta smooth and creamy texture without all the additives. I’d eat this on the regular. AND a great story behind it 🎨 MOST CREATIVE: Anthony’s Italian After this… I’ll be in to try the actual Italian food. It wasn’t quite “Mac and cheese” in my book but the flavor, the Gouda, the texture of the Mac. I was blown away by how much I enjoyed this!
