Taco Bell Mac and Cheese! 🤤🧀 This is something they should be selling the the restaurants, so please @ them in the comments, we deserve it! 😂 If Taco Bell sold a Mac and cheese, this would be it, creamy, cheesey, spicy with endless topping potential! I can’t wait for you to make this at home, the full recipe is below, enjoyyy! ❤️ 🧾 Ingredients 🧾 16 ounces Velveeta 7 tablespoons pickled jalapeno juice 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 200 grams (7 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese 12 ounce can evaporated milk 2 tablespoons whole milk (optional to loosen sauce) 16 ounces of pasta 👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳 1) Add the evaporated milk and Velveeta cheese to a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk frequently until the Velveeta has completely melted and the sauce is smooth. Do not allow the mixture to boil. 2) Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the pickled jalapeño juice and cayenne pepper until fully combined. 3) Add the freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese and whisk until completely melted and the cheese sauce is smooth. Keep the sauce warm over low heat while you prepare the pasta. 4) Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well, then immediately toss the hot pasta with the cheese sauce until evenly coated. 5) If the mac and cheese is thicker than you prefer, stir in up to 2 tablespoons of whole milk until it reaches your desired consistency. 6) Serve immediately as-is, or turn it into your own Taco Bell-inspired creation with seasoned taco meat, Flamin' Hot Fritos, shredded cheese, sour cream, or your favorite Taco Bell-style toppings. The possibilities are endless! #DishwithDrew #TacoBellDupe #FastFoodDupe #EasyRecipe #Cheese
Celebrating one year on social media! 🥳❤️ I cannot believe how quickly we’ve grown, how much has happened in the first year, and all of the amazing support and love y’all have shown me! Getting to see you make all of the recipes I work so hard to create has been wildly rewarding ☺️ I cannot wait to see what happens this year, but I know there will be a cookbook and a TV appearance, I’m manifesting it. Love y’all! #DishwithDrew #Celebration #HomeCook #TikTok #FYP
I received literally thousands of requests for Polynesian sauce this year, so I had to come through with this recipe! After months of reverse engineering and testing, I finally perfected the recipe, and this tastes 100% like theirs! I worked at Chick-fil-A for over 10 years and Polynesian sauce is by far my favorite sauce! My copycat Chick-fil-A Polynesian Sauce recipe is perfectly delicious, sweet and sour with a strong, tangy flavor, just like the original! And before you ask… yes, those ARE Spicy Nuggets. 👀😉 Full recipe below! ⬇️ 🧾 Ingredients 🧾 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar 1 and 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 tablespoon kosher salt 2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1/8 teaspoon beetroot powder 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon tomato powder 👨🍳 Instructions 👨🍳 1) Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and whisk until thoroughly combined. Optionally, blend the ingredients before transferring them to the saucepan for a smoother mixture. 2) Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Once boiling, continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring frequently and watching carefully to prevent it from boiling over. The mixture will be extremely hot, so use caution. 3) Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to cool for about 15 minutes, or until warm but no longer piping hot. 4)Carefully transfer the sauce to a blender and blend for about 60 seconds, until completely smooth and emulsified. 5) Transfer the sauce to an airtight container or sauce bottle and refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until completely chilled. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. 6) Serve chilled with chicken, fries, sandwiches or anywhere you would normally use Polynesian sauce. Storage: Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake or stir before serving if needed. #ChickfilA #PolynesianSauce #FastFoodDupe #CopycatRecipe #DishwithDrew
