it’s nice to be part of a community yk? Everyone is so wholesome Family-friendly Really inclusive …. It’s so easy to be immersed in it all :) (Yes I am 100% this stereotype of an American — I love making plans and meeting new people (as long as it fits in the schedule)) #skit #cultureshock #american #madrid #stereotypes

whatever happened to quick delivery? I’d be lying if I said, I wasn’t also taken aback when I was asked my entire life story and family history when I went in to get cold medication… definitely not complaining tho my pharmacist can prescribe something that makes me better in less than .2 seconds… definitely a method behind the madness I guess it beats self mediating 🤷‍♀️ #cultureshock #madrid #healthcare #trusttheprocess #farmacia

You have a lovely day now, ya hear? It’s funny how fake the experience feels in the US but also how fake it feels in Spain too: the grocery shopping experience is not at ALL indicative of regular society and I wanna figure out how it came to pass What do you mean to tell me the same people who give this country its great vibe are the cashiers working on becoming champion pitchers for baseball? Because the way I’ve RUN to collect the flying grocery bags before… someone give these people a metal it’s unreal (also don’t ask why she carded them if they looked 25… it’s just a formality) #madrid #cultureshock #groceryshopping #skit #makeitmakesense
