One of our favorite meals in Japan was at Miyazaki Fugu Club which serves an omakase experience featuring Pufferfish (fugu). Pufferfish can be deadly but chefs train three years to be able to serve it! I wanted to try it when we first saw it at a market but glad I waited to eat it at a restaurant for the omakase experience. #japanesefood #pufferfish #blowfish #tokyofood #japanhoneymoon #japan
