Had a great visit to Van Berkel Group in Veghel on June 14! 🚜 Always amazing to see the machines up close and experience the world of earthmoving and infrastructure from behind the scenes. Some dreams stay dreams… until one day, you finally take the first step. ❤️ Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve dreamed of becoming a mobile excavator operator. I used to watch these machines with so much admiration, imagining what it would feel like to sit in the cab, hold the controls and be the one operating the machine. For years, it was just a dream. But this year, everything changed. 🥹 I started my journey at SOMA College, studying to become a groundworks machine operator. 🎓🚧 It’s only the beginning, and there is still a long road ahead… but for the first time, my childhood dream doesn’t feel so far away anymore. One day, I hope to look back at this moment from the cab of a mobile excavator and realize: I never gave up on the little girl who dreamed of operating one. ❤️ The dream is no longer just a dream. It’s becoming my reality. 🥹❤️ #Machinist #MobileExcavator #SOMACollege #DreamsComeTrue #Construction @Bagger_Chris @dutch_machine_operator @RegilloHardAanHetWerk @SOMA College @Dutchrailworker @ELM Groep
