Snowdon wasn't just a mountain to us. It was a message. The four of us carried a 125lb weighted body all the way up Snowdon. Every step was physically exhausting. Our shoulders ached, our legs burned, and there were moments when we questioned if we could keep going. But that's exactly why we did it. The 125lb body represented the 125 people who lose their lives to suicide in the UK. It was a reminder that behind every number is a person. A life. A family. A story that mattered. No one should have to carry the weight of their struggles alone. Mental health can feel like climbing the steepest mountain, but even the highest peaks are reached one step at a time. Asking for help is not weakness it's strength. If you're struggling today, please stay. Your story isn't over. You matter more than you know, and your life has value beyond what you can see right now. To everyone who supported us, encouraged us, and believed in this challenge thank you. We hope this climb starts conversations, raises awareness, and reminds even one person that they are never alone. You matter. Your story matters. Please stay. ❤️ #speakuk #125weightbody #mountains#metalhealthmattersodoyou @Alfie Ruffell @bradleespeak @ethan

LOVE LOST. LIFE REBUILT. 🖤➡️💚 Sometimes you lose people you thought would be there forever. Sometimes your heart breaks, and you don't know who you are anymore. But rebuilding doesn't happen overnight. For me, it started with one step. Then another. Then a run. 🏃‍♂️ Running became more than exercise it became a way of finding myself again. And then came Ben Nevis. ⛰️ One mountain. One challenge. One more reminder that even when life knocks you down, you can still climb. I'm not the person I was before the heartbreak. I'm rebuilding. I'm healing. I'm finding my purpose. Love may have been lost, but I haven't lost myself. One step. One mile. One mountain at a time. 💚 Keep your hand on your heart. It's still beating for a purpose. #LoveLost #Rebuilding #RunningWithPurpose #BenNevis #MentalHealth 💚@Sharon( Fleur ) @George.Daddy🦀👑🐓 @Phil @MENTAL_HEALTH_MONDAYS 🗣 @Wrk Wellness Club@Your true engaging bestie♥️🌺 @Archie😜 @Brandon Pool @Nicola ewok

We climbed Ben Nevis as part of an awareness challenge, carrying a weighted body all the way to the summit. That weight represented the people we are trying to reach — because every week, 125 people in the UK lose their lives to suicide. We carried that weight to the top to send one simple message: YOU MATTER. YOUR STORY MATTERS. PLEASE STAY. 💚 For me, this challenge is deeply personal. After I lost my sister, I lost myself too. I came incredibly close to becoming another statistic. But my best friend was there for me, and because of that support, I am here today writing these words. I found my way back day by day, stitch by stitch. Not because everything suddenly became easy, but because I had people around me who cared, listened and reminded me that I wasn't alone. That is why I joined Speak. And what I have found in the Speak community has been incredible wonderful friends, members, supporters and people who understand the importance of simply being there for one another. To everyone who supported our Ben Nevis challenge, everyone who encouraged us, donated, shared our message, followed our journey or simply sent a kind word thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💚 And to everyone I've met through Speak and TikTok: thank you for helping me continue to find my voice and my purpose. My story isn't about where I was. It's about where I am now. Sometimes life can take us to incredibly dark places, but with the right support, care, friendship and love, we can find our way forward again. So please, if you're struggling, don't carry the weight alone. Reach out. Talk. Let someone stand beside you. Because there is still a tomorrow waiting for you. Love can be stronger than the darkest moment. Your story isn't over. Your heart still has a purpose. Please stay. 💚
