We are trusting the process on our basement makeover turned man cave recording studio 🎸✨ We are trying to turn our carpeted, drop ceiling basement into a moody luxe recording studio space that guests can also stay in. The biggest challenge here is making the drop ceiling and ugly blue carpet not look bad without doing any renovation. We are also sound-proofing the basement for the best recording capabilities. Stick around for part 3! #basementremodel #basementdesign #basementmakeover #budgethome #budgetdiy #basementrenovation #diyhomeprojects #beforeandafterhomeedition #recordingstudios #homerecordingstudio

Can you believe this new drop ceiling?! We’re obsessed. ✨ Phew! This has been a whirlwind. We’re nearing the end of our ugly drop ceiling, bright colored carpet basement makeover. This room has to check a lot of boxes including a man cave/at home recording studio for my husband who is a musician, a guest space for friends and family and why not add movie theater to the list?? #basementremodel #basementdesign #basementmakeover #budgethome #budgetdiy #basementrenovation #diyhomeprojects #beforeandafterhomeedition #recordingstudios #homerecordingstudio #mancave #mancaveideas #dropceiling

It’s finally DONE!!! ✨Basement Glow up This space was so ugly with drop ceilings, bright blue carpet and unfinished walls. I was determimed to make this space everuthing we needed and look more inviting. This is: •my husbands home office •a guest room •music recording studio •jam space •home theater so happy with how it turned out!! #basementremodel #basementdesign #basementmakeover #finishedbasement #budgethome #budgetdiy #diyhomeprojects #mancave #beforeandafterhomeedition #dropceiling #mancaveideas #recordingstudio
