So we found a way to fight back. 🫡 🥥 Throughout service, we periodically spray our rice with extra virgin coconut oil to bring that fresh coconut aroma back. Why extra virgin? So… we brought a little fine-dining trick into our coffeeshop. 😂 Meet our newest equipment: THE DEHYDRATOR. 💨 After frying, our spinach and mushrooms are kept warm and dry to help them STAY CRISPY FOR LONGER.
