Loved colouring this page from @Suzie Slug🐌🍄 Goblincore book. How cheeky are those goblins with their cute faces and little butts. What went well - the background (colours inspired by @Sarahs.peacefulness birthday page) and for once I was pleased with my grass!! I am also pleased with the bushes. Not so well - I really wanted a stand out colour for the gorgeous goblins and I love red, but I think I did them too dark. Maybe I’ll revisit this page again at some point and try something different. I am not too keen on my bark either. Definitely need some more practice on that!

Whilst I’m laid up after surgery on my foot I’m taking the time to get in lots of colouring practice. I tried to do the red panda as real to life as possible but the lighter stripes on his tail should have matched his head BUT I’ll take this as I’m not too annoyed with the texture!! Fish could have been better and I may yet add some glow on the bushes - I just don’t want to tinker with it anymore and ruin what I have already done :)
