For a while, I constantly had issues with shipping and manufacturing my coloring books. I put so much of this to the side because everything I tried just wasn’t working. I had issues getting verified, issues with the coloring books, issues finding manufacturers, and even the simplest things started feeling impossible. I was losing interest because it felt like every door kept closing but I never gave up! But I finally realized I was standing at the wrong door waiting for an opening. Even though I was delayed, I was never denied. And now I can finally say that ALL my coloring book will be published worldwide on Amazon. Yesterday I had one of those moments where everything just started making sense. And not because I had it all figured out, because I definitely didn’t. I just finally let myself try something that was outside of my comfort zone. For a while, Color Create Connect was mostly coloring books, journals, and creative pages. That’s what people knew me for over here. And I want to be clear, that part is not going anywhere. That was the foundation. But lately, God has been putting me in situations and conversations that keep stretching me. Like the kind of opportunities that make you excited and nervous at the same time. And honestly, I almost missed it. I kept questioning myself. Am I really qualified for this? Can I really turn this into a business? Do I know enough? Is this even where I’m supposed to be going? But I’m learning that sometimes the opportunity shows up before the confidence does. And you still have to move. Because the truth is, a lot of the skills were already there. The creativity was already there. The eye was already there. The work ethic was already there. I just needed structure. I needed guidance. And I needed to stop giving my gift away like it didn’t have value. So this is me stepping into the next version of Color Create Connect. The coloring books are still here. The art is still here. The heart is still here. But now I’m expanding into custom celebration suites, prints, and creative design work with more intention. This is not me starting over.
