Talk about coming up with a coding project. The best way is to find inconveniences or things at your facing in your day-to-day life and figure out how you can automate it or turn it into a fun game or do something to improve your life even in the slightest little bit. ##engineering##csmajor##codingproject##tech

If the problem says "n numbers, all between 1 and n," that's your signal you can use cyclic sort. There's only one way that array can be sorted, so every number already knows where it belongs. Walk the array, swap each one home, done. O(n) time, O(1) space, no extra data structure. Think assigned seats at a movie theater. Send everyone to the seat on their ticket, and the one empty seat tells you which ticket is missing. Practice: Missing Number (268), Find All Duplicates in an Array (442), First Missing Positive (41) The classic bug: using a for loop. Use a while loop and only move i forward once the current spot is settled. Day 8 is Sort and Search. Follow so you don't miss it. #dsa #technicalinterview #java #leetcode #csmajor

AI isn't as affordable to use as you think. Somebody else is paying the difference. Right now the companies building AI (or their investors) are losing billions to keep it cheap. And when a tool is this cheap, it's easy to stop noticing when it solves a problem that didn't need solving. There's a difference between a beginner who vibe codes a solution and a software engineer who builds something that lasts. The engineer uses AI in a pointed way because they understand how software works. They know what to ask for, what to reject, and when the answer is wrong. So the honest question: if AI stopped being cheap tomorrow, would you notice the difference in your own work? #softwareengineering #computerscience #csstudent #vibecoding #learntocode
