I made this back in my first drawing class in 2023 - I had an incredible professor at my community college, Kevin Grass, who really took time with his students to help them grow as an artist. He was genuinely one of the greats, a master of his craft and I’m blessed to have been able to learn from him before his passing. Looking back, I’m still proud of my work and forever grateful for Professor Grass’s instruction, listening ear and advice he gave on life and art, plus the sanctuary the studio gave me after having my legs amputated. All of that played a major factor in being able to find my way back to myself and work towards who I want to be.
