Last year I started my #pilatesjourney at SculptFusionPilates. Made it my goal to stay focused & consistent!! Daily classes & some days, 2x! Heated classes on Friday's ALWAYS!! Sculpt Pilates has definitely become my favorite, I've tried other workouts but this stuck for me!! I feel better than ever!!! Instructors are amazing!!! #healthy #healing #pilates #lifestyle Thanks to the bestie @user9920908195617 for putting me on it & keeping me motivated 💪 🙌 ☺️ @lululemon for the fits!!

I have always worked out & tried my best!! However I had stalled & than enters @pepswithmak 🌶️🩷 meeting her & the amazing community she has built, has been one of the best things I have encountered. Not only do my clothes fit better, I also feel healthy & I keep up with my 18 year old at pilates ☺️ 💯 & that means the world to me!!! I feel my best!! 🫶 forever grateful #healthy #healing #achievinggoals Also thanks to @LiveLine Research, @KaLo Customs & @Pephaus Compounds for always supporting & sharing our journeys #bettertogether & cant forget the #bestie I made through this journey always researching @Homesteading_babe the best!! 🥹
