But in December 2025, a federal grand jury indicted him on cyberstalking and false-statement charges involving alleged conduct toward Mica. He has pleaded NOT GUILTY. His federal case is currently headed toward jury selection in October. This is getting interesting. Lindsay Clancy’s defense has filed a 34-page motion arguing the mistrial should never have been declared without further inquiry into the reports about the holdout juror. Now they’re arguing that retrying Lindsay would violate her Double Jeopardy rights. Important: this is the defense’s argument — the judge has NOT dismissed the charges.
