So honored and excited forbmy Year 1 Culinary Students to be invited to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by creating recipes submitted by some of the districts Hispanic Staff! one class made Argentinean Empanadas, Guatemalan Mixtas and Venezuelan Cachapas. I am soooo proud of my students! I was soo nervous because we are so early in the year.
