Opus 5.5 just dropped this afternoon and so far I love it. Very efficient token usage, no annoying prose. #opus55 #anthropic #tokenefficiency #opus5 #review

The AI wave continues and each model drop brings new highs. In another month Opus 5.5 will start dragging and the cycle will repeat. For now though it's the top dog in my opinion. Omg I'm such a nerd. #Opus55 #anthropic #aiwave #nerdlife

AI is one of the greatest things that's ever happened to ADHD treatment and mitigation. I said it. It's great for scheduling, to-do lists, your calendar, setting notifications, general life organization, coaching, and more. You can build exactly the tools you need to stay organized and on track. I don't see many people talking about this on TikTok, and I'm not sure why. Maybe the productivity industry hasn't caught up yet? Coaches, counselors, therapists: do you use AI to help the neurodivergent people you work with? College and high school kids: are you building your own organization systems? I'm not sure you are. ADHD people, I challenge you to make AI your special interest and hyperfixation. Flex your superpower a little and get into this stuff. Build yourself tools that help you stay organized and focused. I've built a lot of tools for my own ADHD, and I'll be posting more about that. In the meantime, tell me in the comments how AI has helped you with ADHD. #ADHD #ADHDtok #ExecutiveFunction #Neurodivergent #AIforADHD
