ATHX Liverpool - Oct26 🤸‍♀️ Not exactly planned, but after a message on Saturday night asking if I could jump in to cover an injured partner, I couldn't say no! Plus, having done doubles last year, I knew just how fun @ATHX GAMES would be 😃 Such a fun event, it's a great test of your strength, endurance and conditioning for sure. The judges are always great, it's really well run and everyone has a good time 👌🙂 #athx #athxgames #hybridathlete #onlinecoach #onlinecoaching

Business partners → race partners 💜 Katie and I have known each other for nearly 8 years and worked together as @lifeplustraining & @lifeplusfitapp for nearly five! Sunday was our first ever event together 😂 And it wasn't even planned. Katie's race partner picked up an injury, so I got the call to step in last minute. Of course I said yes 🥳 @ATHX GAMES Liverpool 2026: done ✅ Personally, I work to a mix of training all year round, so this didn't feel a panic. It feel good to be ready when life throws you a curveball. That's what we build with our clients too. Not fitness for one race, but fitness that's ready for whatever comes next. Here's to the first of many Katie! 🥂 #ATHX #HybridFitness #HybridAthlete #FitnessCoach #OnlineCoaching
