Good base running, especially with a runner in scoring position, is crucial for winning games at the next level. Your priorities will change depending on the box score and the number of outs: 1. With nobody out, your priority should be to get to third base. 2. With one out, your priority should be to score. Comment REMOTE if you're serious about improving your game to play at the next level. #highschoolbaseball #collegebaseball #mlb #cargabaseball

Struggling with dropping your back shoulder in your swing? Here's a quick breakdown of how to fix it and start hitting more consistently: ⚾ Timing is Key – Your back shoulder should work under your front one, but it's all about when it happens. Create good direction and get on plane with the pitch. ⚾ Try This Drill – Place a small block under your back foot to elevate your back side. This reinforces the right movement and keeps your shoulder from dropping too early. ⚾ Common Mistake – Dropping your back shoulder too soon causes you to swing uphill and miss pitches. Focus on staying on top of the ball and swinging downhill.
