Most gyms redecorate with a new sign, a plant, or a motivational quote nobody reads after week two. Barliner Workout | Calisthenics Academy went in a different direction. For the first time, Calirings now have a permanent home in a real gym. They are hanging, they are ready for class, and they have already started making the room look suspiciously like a place where "just one more rep" becomes a lifestyle. Pull work, support work, beginner progressions, group-class experiments, and plenty of honest testing ahead. What should the new roommates demand first: pull-ups, rows, dips, or an L-sit attempt? #barliner#calisthenicsberlin #bodyweighttraining#calisthenicsacademy #CALIRING

The ring L-sit is not just an abs pose with good lighting. It asks for shoulder stability, core tension, hip-flexor strength and a controlled grip at the same time. The position is simple to describe and much less simple to hold: keep your arms straight, actively press the rings down, keep your shoulders away from your ears, and lift both straight legs forward under control. The goal is not to shake as dramatically as possible. The goal is to make the position look quiet. If the full version is not there yet, begin with a tuck L-sit with bent knees. Then extend one leg. Only then work towards both legs straight. Train only from a suitable, checked and stable overhead anchor, with a clear area below you. What is your cleanest hold: 5, 10 or 20 seconds? #bodyweighttraining #CALIRING #Calisthenics #BodyControl
