5 ways to light a face with ONE setup. 🎥💡 We used the Godox KNOWLED M300BI (bi color) with the Nanlite Rapid 120 parabolic softbox and ran five classic looks you can recreate anywhere.
‌ Rembrandt Place the key 45 degrees to the side and slightly above eye level. Look for the small triangle of light on the shadow cheek. Butterfly Put the key centered in front and high, angled down. You want a soft shadow right under the nose and clean cheekbones. Split Move the key directly to the side at about face height. One half lit, one half in shadow for a bold, dramatic look. Rim Keep the key softer from the front, then bring the light behind and to the side so it skims the jaw and hair for a sharp outline. Back light Put the light behind the subject aimed toward the camera to separate them from the background. Expose for the face and let the background fall off.#filmaker #interview #lightning

Hyrox in the RAI is chaos in the best way, fast moves, packed lanes, harsh expo light. The Sony FE 50–150mm F2.0 GM was the perfect one lens solution. We stayed on the long end to isolate athletes through the crowd, then punched back to 50mm for wide, energetic moments without switching glass. That constant F2.0 gave us clean separation and a cinematic look even in messy lighting, while the zoom range kept us agile from warm up to finish line.💨🙌#hyrox #filmmaker

Camera movement basics in 7 shots 🎥 Dolly-in Move the camera forward to pull the viewer into the moment and add intensity. Arc Circle around your subject to reveal space, add energy, or shift perspective mid scene. Roll Rotate the camera on its axis for disorientation, tension, or a stylized beat. Truck Move left or right to follow action, reveal information, or create parallax. Jib Lift up or drop down for scale, transitions, and cinematic reveals. Tilt Angle the camera up or down to guide attention, show height, or land on a detail. Dolly-out Move backwards to create distance, isolation, or a calm release after tension. Which move do you use the most
