Let’s make the viral giant chicken cutlet finished three different ways: classic chicken parmesan, a fresh chicken Caesar, and the ultimate crispy chicken sandwich. Which one would you choose? 😍 Giant Sheet Pan Chicken Cutlet Ingredients Chicken base 1 lb ground chicken 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt Black pepper Crust 1 large egg 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs 1/3 cup grated parmesan 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper For baking Oil spray or drizzle Parchment paper Hey Paige- you're right it should be both sides. We had that part cut out of the video for times sake but it definitely needs to be in the recipe. Here are updated recipe instructions: Instructions Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly coat the parchment with oil spray.Combine the ground chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix just until combined.Place the chicken mixture on the prepared sheet pan. Cover with a second sheet of parchment paper and use your hands or a rolling pin to press the chicken into an even 1/4 inch thick rectangle.Remove the top parchment. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it evenly over the entire surface of the chicken. In a separate bowl, combine the panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle half of the seasoned panko evenly over the chicken and gently press it into the egg wash.Place a clean sheet of parchment over the breaded chicken. Put a second sheet pan on top and carefully flip the pans together. Remove the original sheet pan and peel away the parchment that was underneath the chicken.Brush the exposed side of the chicken with the remaining egg wash, then cover with the remaining seasoned panko, gently pressing it into the surface. Spray the entire cutlet generously with oil.Bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crisp. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end if you want deeper browning.Let the cutlet rest for about 5 minutes before slicing into portions.

We recently jetted off to NYC to prove that we could make a hearty, delicious meal that feeds a family of four for $15 or less… and of course they got the right women for the job! We’re not going to lie, it wasn’t easy — but we’re proud to say we did it for under $13! We put a new twist on our Tuscan Orzo recipe by adding pan-seared chicken breast, while still keeping it a one-pot meal. Jess lived in NYC in her 20s and loved being back. Thank you so much Marysol and Ben, and @nylivingtv on @PIX11 News for having us! 😍
