Sometimes the relationship isn’t gone. It’s buried under hurt, defensiveness, and patterns that make it hard to reach each other. MDMA-assisted couples work may create a temporary opening for some couples to communicate with less armor. The medicine isn’t the repair. What you do with that opening still matters. #MDMAAssistedTherapy #CouplesWork #PsychedelicIntegration #Relationships #BrooklynBalance

If something came up for you, or you just want to gather with like minded people one more time, join us for an online Integration Circle. We’ll meet on Zoom at 8pm ET for up to 90 minutes. This is a sober, non-solicitation space, and we’ll begin promptly. Sometimes the shift is simply realizing that the way you’ve been seeing yourself isn’t the only possible perspective. Integration is deciding what still feels true when you come back. #PsychedelicIntegration #IntegrationCoaching #InnerWork #Perspective #BrooklynBalance
