Is bigger better - Y/N? I loved seeing the cash flow from my first Airbnbs in 2019. The problem is that if I bought those same houses today, they would barely cash flow - if at all! Who else is feeling the same? It’s hard out to find good STR deals where the numbers make sense. Not impossible. But hard. Meanwhile there’s a whole slew of underutilized hospitality assets all across the country that operate on the same fundamentals. The scaled-up version of Airbnb investing. These are boutique hotels, motels, cabin communities, landscape resorts, tiny home communities, etc. And most of the Boomer owners of these properties are tired of the aging business model with how they run the property, or are just retiring. That makes for a lot of opportunity for a young whipper snapper to come in and get a good deal! 6 Boutique Hotels later I’ve seen it happen with every deal I’ve bought. It’s such a scalable business that you can build around your lifestyle - especially if you like design, travel, creating cool properties, and making a lot of money. Want to learn how to do it? Hit the follow and check out the link in my bio for a free introduction to how to do it yourself. #BlakeDailey #businessgrowth #hotelinvesting #financialindependence #boutiquehotelinvesting #boutiquehotels #realestateinvestor #financialfreedom #shorttermrentals #airbnbinvesting #FIRE #STRdeals #investinrealestate

✌🏻 GOODBYE Residential Airbnbs I first started buying residential Airbnbs because of the income they generated which was good at the time.  Until I realized how many individual Airbnbs I would actually need to hit my own financial goals. As home prices and interest rates went up, it got harder to find good deals where the juice was worth the squeeze.  And because my portfolio was small, I was the one dealing with the cleaners, repairs, maintenance, guests, and all of the above 🤦🏼‍♂️ After being worn out from doing everything myself, I figured there HAD to be a way to scale my business while also taking myself out of the day-to-day to work on growing the business rather than working in it everyday.  THAT is when I stumbled upon Boutique Hotels which completely changed the trajectory of my life 4 years ago. My very first Boutique Hotel made the same amount that all my residential properties made COMBINED. That’s when I knew I was onto something. Boutique Hotels are much better because of these 3 reasons ⬇️   1. More units = more income from a single property.  2. Boutique Hotels are already zoned for Commercial use, unlike residential Airbnbs. So they are protected from regulation that is hurting a lot of Airbnb investors and is bound to hurt many more. 3. Because of the higher revenue, building out a team is MUCH easier and way more practical. So with one purchase, you can outsource yourself.  Now, 4 years later I have owned 6 Boutique Hotels and purchased 200+ doors, have sold a portfolio of Boutique Hotels, and teach others how to do the exact same thing I did.  Interested in learning how to buy Boutique Hotels and create really awesome experiences for your Guests while also creating financial freedom for yourself? Comment the word “Learn” and I’ll send you a resource to help you get started 🕺🏼 #boutiquehotelinvesting #boutiquehotels #shorttermrentals #airbnbinvesting #entrepreneurship #blakedailey

Why choose boutique hotels over regular short-term rentals? 🤔 Simple. With the Airbnb market getting crowded and regulations tightening, boutique hotels offer a winning alternative. You can create unique guest experiences without breaking the bank because you can spread the cost of amenities across all the units. Plus, boutique hotels are zoned for nightly rentals, so you dodge regulatory hassles. It's a smart pivot for less competition and better returns. #BoutiqueHotelsRule #InvestWisely #GameChanger #ShortTermRental
