I actually did it. 📖🔥 My book is officially published and available on Amazon! This started as an idea and turned into something I’m incredibly proud to finally share. If you’ve ever thought about reselling, flipping, or making extra money from stuff you already have access to, this book is for you. 🎶 MY MUSIC IS OFFICIALLY OUT! 🎶 I never imagined I would be making a post like this, but my songs have officially been released and are now available on Spotify! These aren’t just random songs to me. Each one comes from real emotions, memories, and experiences that have stayed with me throughout my life. After serving in the United States Air Force, volunteering in the fire service, and spending more than 23 years behind a 911 dispatch headset, I carried home more stories than I ever knew how to explain. Some calls end when you hang up the phone. Others follow you home. For years, I kept many of those memories buried—the voices, fear, silence, responders racing toward danger, and calls I wished I could somehow go back and change. Writing these songs has helped me put words and music to feelings that can be difficult to explain. Songs like “What Follows You Home,” “The Call I Never Forgot,” “The Voice in the Night,” and “Praise the Ones You Save” were written from my heart. Some have a country sound, some lean toward rock, and others carry a darker emotional feeling, but every one tells a story. These songs are dedicated to the dispatchers behind the headset, firefighters running toward the flames, police officers answering the unknown, EMTs and paramedics fighting to save lives, and every first responder who carries part of the job home with them. They are also for the families who love and support those responders after the shift ends—especially when they don’t know exactly what happened but can see the weight in their eyes. I’m not claiming to be a professional singer or a famous recording artist. I’m simply a storyteller who found a new way to share what has been on my heart. Technology helped me bring the music and vocals to life, but the stories, words, memories, emotions, and meaning behind these songs are mine. Seeing my music listed on Spotify feels unreal. I started with an idea, wrote from my own experiences, and kept working until those words became actual songs people can now hear. If you have ever worked in emergency services, loved a first responder, served in the military, lost someone, carried a difficult memory, or wished you could change the outcome of one moment, I believe these songs may speak to you. 🎧 HOW TO FIND MY MUSIC: Open Spotify and search for one of these song titles: 🎵 What Follows You Home 🎵 The Call I Never Forgot 🎵 The Voice in the Night 🎵 Praise the Ones You Save Once you find one of my songs, tap my artist name to visit my complete Spotify page. Please follow my artist profile, listen to the songs, save your favorites, and add them to your playlists. Every listen, follow, save, and share can help Spotify introduce my music to more people. If one of these songs touches you, please share it with someone else—especially a dispatcher, firefighter, police officer, EMT, paramedic, veteran, or family member who may understand its message. I would also love to know which song connects with you the most. Leave a comment and tell me what you thought, what line stood out, or what memory it brought back. Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, supported me, and believed these stories were worth telling. I’m especially thankful for my family, friends, brothers and sisters in emergency services, fellow veterans, and everyone who stood beside me through the good days and the difficult ones. This is more than simply putting music online. For me, it is healing. It is remembering. It is honoring those who answered the call, the people we helped, and the ones we could not save. Most importantly, it proves that it is never too late to try something new, tell your story, or turn difficult chapters into something meaningful. My music is officially out, and I would be honored if you would listen. This is only the beginning, and I already have more stories and songs waiting to be shared. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️🎶 #NewMusic #SpotifyArtist #NowOnSpotify #CountryMusic #RockMusic
🎸 Southern Rock with a First Responder Soul 🚓🚑🚒 Hey everybody, I’m BigTxJim from Texas. My music is Southern Rock inspired by the men and women who live that first responder life — law enforcement, EMS, firefighters, dispatchers, and the families standing behind them. The songs come from real-life experiences, hard days, brotherhood, sacrifice, faith, and the kind of stories that don’t always get told. If that sounds like your kind of music, I’d love for you to give BigTxJim a listen and tell me what you think. 🤘🎶 Back the Blue. Support Fire & EMS. Remember the Dispatchers behind the headset.
