The beginnings of Lemon Blueberry Doughnuts! I’ve worked with yeast to make cinnamon rolls in the past, but this time was tricky. Mainly because I rushed and didn’t pay attention. 😮‍💨 I also need a food thermometer. I’m happy with how these turned out!! I can’t wait to make the rest of what I need so I can see the final result. 🤩 #doughnuts #bakingtiktok #aldi #sweettooth

I have had a sweet tooth, and s’mores have been on my mind! I use the same chocolate chip recipe I always do ⬇️ Here it is for those curious: https://joyfoodsunshine.com/the-most-amazing-chocolate-chip-cookies/ I used marshmallow fluff, chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, and marshmallow bits to stuff the inside of the dough, as well as to decorate at the end! I refrigerated my dough for about 30-45 minutes. I used an ice cream scoop to portion out equal servings. I flattened my dough balls, filled the center with a scoop of the “s’mores” mixture, and then I closed the dough around the mixture. I baked them for about 8 minutes (or until golden brown at the edges). Once fully cooled, I used a fork to haphazardly smear marshmallow fluff and drizzle chocolate on top of each cookie. They were, lastly, topped with graham cracker crumbs! According to my husband, these were the best cookies I’ve made so far! #cookiesoftheweek #smores #bakingszn #bakingtips

Finally checking out the Salvation Army Thrift Store here in NJ! It was way bigger than I realized. Things are grouped by likeness, but the sizing seemed to be all over. Very clean and organized! And they had 4 tag colors on sale! #newjerseythrifting #dovernj #thriftfinds #tryon #thriftwithme
