Lazy ass.” “It’s not that bad just get up.” “Idk how you stay in bed like you do. “ “ you been in bed your not tired” “It’s in your head just get a different mindset.” “You’re only 30 you act like you’re 60.” “ we got to quit with the lazy.” “ wyd today you just going to be lazy?” “So you layed in bed all day?” “Back in bed come on seriously?” “You use to be so fun” - losing hair -bone deep fatigue -I think they’re something in the back of my throat -I’m cold anyone else -my body is just so weak -sorry I forgot On repeat. This is my support system. Simple task like taking the garbage out would make me need to take a seat. Standing for a long period in the shower? Exhausted. I’m going to set on the edge of the tub to dry off now. Having a conversation? I’m too tired to even talk honestly we will talk later. Walking to my car, out of breath before I get there. No energy to even get up.. after straining my relationship I finally made a doctors appointment. Hypothyroidism they say. All my levels were dang near bottomed out. Moral of the story, the Biote treatment is saving my life. I’ve been getting out of bed and a little less worthless. Don’t judge a book by its cover just because you can’t understand or relate, it’s been taking me everything I have to get up some days.
