My name is Bryan. I've been managing bladder and bowel incontinence for many years. See pinned as to why. Here are a few tips to help navigate diaper/brief changes if you're caring for yourself or a loved one with incontinence. 1. BED PADS. These are GREAT for managing leaks, protecting furniture, wheelchairs and car seats. They're also great to use as changing mats. Bed pads contain bladder and bowel accidents very well. I prefer the disposal bed pads. if they get soiled. clean up is much easier vs reusable bedpads. 2. After a bladder or bowel accident, wait a few minutes before changing to ensure the voiding is complete. This isn't fool proof advice and I'm not a doctor but I do have many years of experience dealing with incontinence myself. I'm just here to help. 🙂 3. If leaks are still an option. Better incontinence briefs, diapers or underwear may be needed. I have several videos highlighting premium options. they are more expensive vs the cheaper ones but you'll save money because fewer diaper changes will be needed. 4. The Seneca Sense incontinence management system. This system monitors wetness and bowel movements in real time and sends alerts when a change is needed via an app on a phone. I use this and I HIGHLY recommend. I hope these tips and advice help people navigate the frustrations of managing incontinence. 🙂 #adultincontinence #adultdiaper #incontinence #caregiving ##adultdiapers
