6 months progress from the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Always tired, in pain, sluggish, unmotivated. I ditched scale watching about a month ago and continue on vibes and how I feel about myself. I still have a TON of work to do yet to shed the fat, especially because I have loosened up my diet restrictions alot since the beginning. BUT according to a body scan, I am a brickhouse under the insulation! 😅 (my words, not theirs) Weight train 3 days a week, most weekends off, heavy cardio on gym days, some kind of movement on rest days. #weightloss #weightlosscheck #fatloss #healthjourney

I thought I could handle it because im already a tank of a woman. 45s? No big deal! Her AND HER TWO FRIENDS watch me FAIL trying to lift it off of the rest to begin with, then she goes "45s are too heavy for her", they unload the plates, and I did a solid FOUR reps straight bar before I failed. I have never been so embarrassed in my LIFE. 😭😭😭😭😭 #embarrassed #gymfail #omg
